Please arrive at or before the start time. We don’t want your child(ren) to miss out on any of the activities!

Before and Aftercare:

FREE before care is available from 8:30am-9:00am.

Aftercare is available from 4:00pm-5:00pm. $20.00 for the hour, per child.

Payments for aftercare are due at the end of the day.

Campers must bring their own lunch (that does not need refrigeration or heating), EXTRA snacks and EXTRA drinks are necessary. Please provide your child with MULTIPLE drinks EACH day. Food delivery services, i.e. Uber Eats, Grubhub, DoorDash, etc, will not be permitted. Please remember, we are an active camp that is primarily done outdoors, so it’s better to pack more than you think your child will need than less. The IGFA will not provide your child with extra food or snacks.

Dress Code:

Campers will receive one IGFA T-shirt on the first day of camp. Campers must wear an IGFA T-shirt DAILY. Additional shirts are available for $10.00 each. Campers can wear casual dress: IGFA T-shirt, shorts, tennis shoes, sunglasses, and hat. Sunscreen, a light jacket, and poncho are suggested. It is also a good idea to pack an extra pair of clothes, shoes, or sandals as we will still fish in the rain as long as the weather conditions remain safe. Please be sure to label all belongings with camper’s complete name.

Masks will not be mandatory to be worn by campers, volunteers, and staff. It is still recommended to bring a mask in case an activity cannot be socially distant.

What Not to Bring:

A backpack may be brought with the items mentioned above. However, FISHING EQUIPMENT, toys, video games, or anything else that would distract the camp are not permitted. IGFA will supply all fishing rods, tackle, and bait.

Cell Phone Policy:

Cell phones have become an inconvenience and, more importantly, a distraction in our camp. Because of this, the IGFA will be implementing the following cell phone policy.

Campers will NOT be permitted to use cell phones during camp hours.  This includes texting or answering calls from parents/friends, while on the bus traveling to field trip locations, or during downtime. Counselors will take camper cell phones if they are being used during camp hours. Any confiscated phones will be returned at the end of day at pick up and the counselors will have a conversation with the parents.

IGFA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancelations made within 10 business days prior to the camp-week session will be charged a $60 processing fee. Cancellations made 2-9 business days prior to the camp-week session will be charged a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be processed with less than 24 hour cancellation notice. Cancellation costs and processing fees are waived if “Registration Protection” was purchased through ACTIVE.

If your child(ren) cannot attend the IGFA Camp, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. DO NOT bring your child(ren) to the IGFA camp if they are sick. If the program is cancelled by IGFA, a full refund will be given. No refunds will be issued if your child is removed from camp.
