IGFA Rules Pertaining to Netting a Fish from Land

Captain Fly Navarro of Fly Zone Fishing and IGFA President Jason Schratwieser explain the IGFA rules regarding assisting a shore-bound or wading angler with netting a fish. The person netting the fish must be within a rods length of the angler before touching the leader or netting the fish.
