Wendy Davis' Billfish Royal Slams

Wendy Davis’ recent trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, yielded two Atlantic blue marlin which helped her complete her second and third IGFA Billfish Royal Slams. Her second Billfish Royal Slam started On May 7, 1993 with a striped marlin in East Cape, Mexico, while her third slam started two years later with a Pacific Sailfish in Pinas Bay, Panama, on December 26, 1995. Congratulations, Wendy, on some awesome catches and on a great angling accomplishment, having the most IGFA Billfish Royal Slams by a female angler.

Fishman's Inshore Super Grand Slam

With a last name like Fishman, Steve was destined to be a great angler! On August 20, 2020, Steve caught a permit, bonefish, snook and tarpon in Islamorada, Florida, to complete the IGFA Inshore Super Grand Slam. Congratulations, Steve, on some awesome catches and an impressive keys bonefish!

Humphrey's Trout Grand Slam

Todd Humphrey recently completed another IGFA Trout Grand Slam on the fly, but this time in Toas County, New Mexico. Todd caught and released a cutthroat trout in Latir Creek, a brown trout in Cabresto Creek, and a rainbow in the Red River, all on his trusty stimulator fly and 5X tippet. Congratulations, Todd, on a great summer of trout fishing.
