William Korte is a passionate outdoorsman, writer and media professional. He graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a master’s degree in media studies. His graduate research focused on the Deepwater Horizon and Image Repair Theory and how it impacted inshore saltwater fishing guides in Tampa Bay. His professional experience spans public relations, journalism, copywriting and marketing for organizations both in and out of the outdoor space.

Aside from his outdoor pursuits and professional life, Will also enjoys playing ice hockey, cooking, reading and travel. He currently resides in Tampa, Fl.
