Shipping and Fulfilment Coordinator 

Description: The Shipping and Fulfilment Coordinator is responsible for handling all of the IGFA shipping and fulfilment needs, including membership benefits, membership mailings, education materials, and auction sales, as well as managing the IGFA store and store purchases as well and any other shipping needs that might arise.

Description of Responsibilities:
• Fulfill all IGFA new memberships, including packaging, shipping, and communications as needed.
• Direct mailing processing as needed.
• Fulfill all IGFA store purchases, including packaging, shipping, and communications as needed.
• Any other IGFA fulfilment or shipping needs that may arise from other departments, including, but not limited to, the IGFA Annual and Online Auction purchases, Education kit shipments, normal mail processing, etc.
• Inventory organization, tracking, and placing order requests as needed.
• Digitization of records as needed.
• Assist other departments with special events/projects if needed.
• Assist the Development Department with auction item creation and posting to bidding software, as needed.
• Help the events team with set up, break down as needed.
• Work with the inventory and fulfillment coordinator to properly track the use of inventory used for fulfillment programs.

Description of Responsibilities (cont.)
Specific
• Process all USPS mail
• Obtain fulfillment listings from membership and the online store regularly
• Assemble and fill boxes, envelopes, and other cartons with items that need to be shipped in the most efficient, cost-effective, but well-packaged manner
• Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs
• Affix proper postage to each package in preparation for shipping
• Track shipping inventory (boxes, envelopes, labels, decals, etc.) and communicate purchasing needs to Membership.
• Process orders based on the buyer’s preferred shipping system (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Contact the carrier and schedule shipping pickups as needed
• Communicate with other departments as needed on their shipping and fulfilment needs
• Assist with event shipping needs
• Process bi-annual direct mailing campaigns (as needed) and monthly renewal direct mailings for Captains/Clubs/WS
• Event set up and breakdown, as needed throughout the year
• Other projects as assigned

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree

Experience and Skills:
• Position-Specific
o 1+ years’ experience in a shipping-related position is a plus
o Ability to work independently and deliver on time-sensitive tasks
o Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
o Ability to work some nights/weekends, if needed, to help with IGFA event set-up & breakdown (est. 8-10 events throughout the year)
o Valid, unrestricted license with at least 5 years of driving experience
