IGFA's Plastic Portraits Project
The IGFA’s Plastic Portraits Project began in 2017 as a summer camp activity. It evolved into a program involving habitat and waterway cleanups and workshops to create artwork out of the hard plastics collected. Completed pieces have been used for fundraising auctions, commissioned works, and educational galleries to help raise awareness of the issues affecting game fish habitats. Please stay tuned for more announcements as this project continues to grow. For more information about the project or for inquiries to display a gallery in your community, please contact IGFA Education Director Lisa Morse at [email protected].
