Membership Coordinator
Richard Cadena has lived in North Miami Beach, Florida, his entire life where he was taught how to fish by his father at a young age. This began his passion for the environment and he is currently attending Nova Southeastern University for his bachelor’s in Environmental Science with a minor in Geographic Information Sciences. He was introduced to the IGFA when attending summer camper but eventually volunteered with the IGFA in 2014 and throughout his high school years. In 2018 Richard worked as a Summer Camp Counselor assisting with setting up fishing clinics for the education department in different parks. In late 2020 he began working as the Shipping and Fulfillment Coordinator through 2022 and now works as IGFA's Membership Coordinator. If he is not in the office, he enjoys going out with family and friends, doing outdoor activities such as fishing in the intercoastal, kayaking, and snorkeling.
