Anglesio's Inshore Grand Slam on Fly
Aldo Farina-Anglesio had an exceptional day fishing the flats on June 23, 2022. While fishing Jardines De La Reina, an archipelago in southern Cuba, Aldo caught and released a tarpon, permit, and bonefish earning himself an IGFA Inshore Grand Slam on fly tackle. He was fishing with guide Victor Morales when he accomplished this impressive feat. Congratulations, Aldo on a beautiful permit and an amazing slam.
Binaski's Inshore Grand Slam
Peter Binaski took a trip late last month to Tarpon Caye Lodge in Placencia, Belize, and had an unforgettable day fishing the flats. On July 27, 2022, Peter was fishing with guide Ernest Garcia when he landed an IGFA Inshore Grand Slam on fly tackle. He started off the morning with this nice tarpon, followed up by this beautiful permit on a crab fly. Binaski finished off his day landing this bonefish to complete his IGFA Inshore Grand Slam. Lami's Trout Super Grand Slam on Fly
On July 20, 2022, Peter Lami had a day of trout fishing he won’t soon forget. While fishing the Wind River Mountain Range in Wyoming, US, he landed four separate species of trout earning him an IGFA Trout Super Grand Slam on fly tackle. Equally as impressive is the distance Peter was able to cover in a single day, traveling to three separate bodies of water to complete the slam. In his words, “I put a lot of miles on my vintage Toyota Land Cruiser chasing this IGFA Trout Super Grand Slam.” Congratulations, Peter on an incredible day of trout fishing!
