Sculptor, conservationist, and IGFA Florida Representative David A. Wirth, presents his latest bronze sculpture, Tails Up. Featuring a bronze marlin mounted on a fossil coral and wild tamarind base, the piece stands 12 inches high and is priced at $2,800.
Born in Carmel and raised in Pacific Grove, California, David developed a lifelong passion for marine life and conservation. His involvement with the IGFA began after meeting renowned marine artist Guy Harvey at the Fred Hall Fishing Show.
A longtime advocate for ethical angling and sustainable fishing practices, David is also known for his Outdoor Channel series, Wildlife Art Gallery with David Wirth. He currently lives in Central Florida with his wife Bobbi, where he continues creating wildlife inspired artwork and promoting conservation through his work.
