From 2015-2018, the IGFA participated in the Caribbean Billfish Project (CBP). The goal of the project was to recapture lost wealth and contribute to sustainable livelihoods in the Western-Central Atlantic region through investment in innovative management and conservation approaches. A comprehensive brochure was developed that highlighted key outcomes of the CBP. The brochure contains links to published desk studies that provide new insight into status of billfish resources, management approaches and stakeholder perceptions in the Caribbean region.
