Alderman’s Inshore Grand Slam
On September 7, 2024, Jeremy Alderman was fishing in Biscayne Bay, Florida when he had a fantastic day on the flats. He was fishing with guide Honson Lau and landed an Atlantic bonefish, tarpon, and a beautiful permit on fly. With these catches he has achieved an IGFA Inshore Grand Slam (fly).
Lopez’s Trout Royal Slam
Michael Lopez has been chasing his IGFA Trout Royal Slam since September of 2021, and was able to accomplish his goal on September 10, 2024, with a golden trout. The pursuit of his Royal Slam has led Michael to five separate states over the last three years with some beautiful fish caught along the way.
