IGFA Membership
The IGFA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to conserving game fish and promoting ethical angling through science, education, record keeping, and recognition. IGFA membership connects anglers, captains, weigh stations, and clubs to a global community, offering exclusive benefits, increased visibility, and tools that support the future of fishing. $20 Digital Membership
Exclusive “Members Only” online access to: World Record database, How-To & historical Videos, and the World Record Game Fishes archives.
$30 Junior Membership
Available to anyone 16 and under. Junior members receive all of the Digital Membership benefits, a mailed copy of the World Record Game Fishes book, IGFA logo decals, PLUS - while supplies last - a NLBN (No Live Bait Needed) 4″ K-Tail Five Pack!

$50 Annual Membership

$75 Family Membership
Family memberships are available for members of the same household and include one set of the Annual Membership benefits, as well as IGFA marlin and tuna hats.
$1,750 Lifetime Membership
IGFA’s most coveted membership, the IGFA Lifetime Membership, earns you IGFA Member status for life and includes the annual IGFA World Record Game Fishes book mailed to your door each year. Official IGFA Captain/Guide
Join the IGFA’s global cohort of *vetted and approved captains and guides. As an Official IGFA Captain or Guide, you receive recognition, a listing on the IGFA website and in the World Record Game Fishes book, a mailed copy of the World Record Game Fishes book, and a membership package with annual benefits, apparel, decals, a captain ID, and a certificate. Additional perks include client catch certificates, scale certification discounts, referrals, the use of the IGFA logo, and access to IGFA records and species data. *Captains and Guides are required to apply, submit referrals, and membership will require final approval from the IGFA council in their respective region.
Official IGFA Weigh Station
As an Official IGFA Weigh Station, your business receives formal recognition, inclusion on the IGFA website and World Record Game Fishes book, plus an annual membership, decals, an ID card, and a framed certificate. You’ll also gain referrals and promotional support from the IGFA, along with a free (required) annual scale testing and certification (up to 45 kg/100 lbs).
