Barbara E. Cini - Chief Development Officer

Barbara E. Cini brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as the Chief Development Officer at the IGFA. With a strong background in fundraising and legal practice, Barbara has dedicated her career to driving success for the organizations she cares most about. Barbara earned her B.A. in International Affairs and Political Science at Mercer University, her J.D. from Elon University School of Law, and is a licensed North Carolina attorney.

Prior to joining the IGFA, Barbara enjoyed a successful family law practice and a career in higher education and healthcare philanthropy. Barbara's passion for deep-sea and nearshore fishing off the North Carolina coast aligns seamlessly with IGFA's mission, making her a dedicated and tireless advocate for the IGFA. Barbara most enjoys spending time on Harkers Island, NC with her husband, Lee, and son, Parker.
